Visitor Q (2001)
A dysfunctional Japanese family is visited by a mysterious and silent stranger. His presence acts as a catalyst, exacerbating the already extreme depravity within the household: the father is a failed journalist, the mother is a heroin-addicted prostitute, the son brutally bullies his mother, and the daughter works in the sex industry. The film presents a surreal and shocking satire of the modern family unit.
