Wrong Turn (2003)
A group of friends hiking the Appalachian Trail take a detour off the main path and become lost in the deep West Virginia wilderness. They soon discover they are not alone; they are being hunted by a clan of vicious, cannibalistic mountain men who have lived in isolation for generations.
